Packages marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered. Customers should first verify with neighbors, reception services, or local postal offices before contacting support.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
